This retreat takes the strength, experience, and leadership you already bring to the table, then adds to it, sharpens it, develops it, and puts it to work under pressure. Expect demanding physical challenges, in-depth team missions, problem-solving, and intense teaching and coaching. Lead, communicate, make decisions, and accomplish the mission alongside men who expect as much from themselves as you do.

Teams will be led by instructors Shannon McCarty, David Dexter, and Steve Kortis, with Brock Heath, Founder, CEO, and Lead Instructor, on site facilitating the event.
